Join a winning team supporting Scripps Coastal Medical Center Oceanside as a Patient Service Representative in the Family Practice department.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a high call volume and patient volume environment and enjoy working and learning in a variety of areas while providing excellent customer service.
You’ll be on the front line for creating a positive Scripps Health experience for our patients while being responsible for duties such as the following :
ensuring appropriate forms are provided, signed, and witnessed at the time of the patient visit and accurately preparing end of day reporting or payment reconciliation.
This is a benefitted Full Time, Day Shift position with a Monday Friday schedule from 8 : 30AM 5 : 30PM (may include rotating Saturday coverage).
Position Pay Range : $22.29-$30.58 / hour
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, Scripps Health posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range.
Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
